In geological terms, it wasn't that long ago those islands were all a part of France. But for a volcano, or an earthquake, or the hand of God, or Druids, or ancient aliens you'd all be holding hands, wearing raspberry berets and singing the Marseilles.

Please not this again, let's move on, it is obvious that members have differing opinions as to what constitutes Great Britain. Right, now who's for tea, coffee, soft drinks?

I noticed on digital text that Zoe Smith our Weightlifter has been getting abuse from Twitterers and now she has stuck two fingers up at them by breaking the British record(once held by Michaela Breeze(WAL) )in the 56kg category. She said she is fed up with some hating female lifters looking like men-well take a look at Zoe next time, only 16 but she is going to be a real babe as she gets older, very feminine and maybe a rival for Jessica Ennis fans' affections

Just seen this, a 16 yr old judo player's father will pull his daughter out of the competition +78kg if she can't wear her hijab. The girl being Saudi Arabian, but her name is - deep breath- Wojdan Ali Seraj Abdulrahim Shaherkani. Can you imagine filling out a passport application with a name like that?

That is absolutely disgusting-he should ignore it and carry on-it wasn't his fault anyway, Waterfield admitted he had made a mistake that put Daley off. He will hopefully come good in the Individuals.
