Thankfully in the main I can laugh about how stupidly (Or overly patient) I always am in relationships. Especially laugh now at how utterly ludicrous the last ex was. Me too. They always tell you "I'm not like other women, I'm logical and rational etc", and I suppose it's our fault for believing them, or for wanting to. Then a few months in comes that moment, that 'where the hell did THAT come from?' moment followed by the sighing realisation that she's exactly like other women. And because you haven't immediately walked out the door, she's declaring open season until you just can't take it any more (then she'll accuse you of 'abandoning' her).

I've noticed over the years that all women have two, sometimes three, personalities fighting in their heads. They may well be logical and rational in one incarnation - but there is no guarantee that they still will be when the wind changes.

Well of course sometimes female irrationality can work in your favour. You might just catch her on that day when she's unsettled, looking for something new (and she's preferably a bit squiffy!). Caution gets thrown to the wind.

Back on here one last time. There has to be some halfway decent chaps on this site, surely? Given that I'm a halfway decent kinda girl, it figures that there has to be a yin to my yang? Ho-hum. PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING.

UPDATE: Just done the last week of the Mongol Rally, driving across the Mongolian Steppe. Brilliant experience. Covered in sand, drove through rivers and across fields, looked like a yak and smelled like a camel by the end. Wanna do the whole thing next year. So if you reply, what's your top camping dish?
