As some commenters in this link point out, it's Taylor Hayes, who at best, bears only a mild resemblance to Carpenter.

Hayes is very recognizable to porn fans because she was one of the biggest stars of her era, appearing in pretty much all the nudie mags and being a Vivid contract girl back when that was still a thing in the porn industry.

If you look at Carpenter's Playboy nudes, the boobs are quite different. Carpenter obviously has implants while that clip was clearly made prior to Hayes getting implants (many porn fans wept when she got them as her original boobs were near perfection). It's probably from her time with Seymore Butts as that was when she did most of her anal scenes and before she got implants.
