Looks like a model who was in Gent circa 1982 as Mia. Also known as Myra (GEM) and Twyla. Called Marianne in an all-colour Parliament busty compilation mag which had a number of popular models listed on the cover. More of a plumper at some times.

Myra's on the cover (inset, bottom-left) & listed as inside BUF, 1982-07, here.
