looks like free user download speeds have reverted to usual. Downloading something now with an estimated 45 minutes that would have taken 4 at most the other day.

mine FF account expire date is 2020.. i hardly use it now to upload files on it..as my isp banned this host..but with help of proxy i use it to download files which are shared on it..from VEF.
as premium it gives good speed..No idea abt free,speed..as never try it in that mode.

Looks like Filefactory went "fuck you" too for free users. The estimated download time for a file is now 4-5 hours on my side.

Simply pay per download cash host

If this info about DL time is for free users correct - maybe need remove this crappy host from preferred list...

P.S. It's true about DL speed for free users -

As we can see - DL time 7,5 hrs, speed - 50 kb/s (same as filejoker)

And after this filefactory "preferred host" ?? It's a simply cash garbage like filejoker, filefox and other slow cash hosts.

i came to this thread to specifically post that free user download speeds had reduced drastically unless it was just me. I see it isn't just me. Once again file factory following in the steps of rapidshare before it closed?

I have premium account on filefactory getting max. 500kb - 1mb at max. via idm. So low speeds. At the same time 10-12 mb/s at 1fichier.
Filefactory is old but not goldie. Very low download speeds. But it has very rare movies thats why people prefer it.

Filefactory wiped all outstanding payment requests a few month ago and I'm sure filefactory is more or less done. Low speed is another indicator for the lack of money they have but I wouldn't spend any cent for a premium account.
As long as there are some posts here in this forum I will also upload to filefactory and take the money I will never get payed out to get premium for it. Premium speed is still ok for me (2.3 MB/s).

Getting 10MB/Sec on my premium account. Possible the server the file is hosted on is having a slow day - that has happened before.

On chrome - crawled to 5.8mb / 5.87mb and died twice - no waiting between downloads
Used same page for all 3 downloads

Not long after started for a 3rd try
On Palemoon - got to 48mb steady / slow but completed first try

Some browsers are better than others or its just timing
I wont be using chrome for ff downloads ever again

At the beginning of this month, Filefactory increased their download speed

by 300%, for all free members. Also no ads.
