I think it is. In the book Ordeal, I recall reading that Linda said she was part of an orgy there.

I believe Linda also did a layout/photo spread for Playboy while she was still associated with Chuck Traynor in the immediate year(s) right after Deep Throat came out. So, 1973, or maybe 1974.

I can't say for sure if the above pic was taken at the Playboy Mansion grotto - because I wouldn't be able to say from looking at the pic if that was the grotto at Hefner's house or not - but her appearance in the pic looks like something from the mid 1970s. The pic probably was a Playboy photo shoot outtake, all that considered...mostly because Lovelace herself was only really active in hardcore porn in terms of being a film/photo subject for...what...maybe 4 years? Maybe as early as 1970, but the loops she was in prior to Deep Throat were shot in 1971, if memory serves.
