Upcoming Movies & Tv Thread - Page 12

Apparently the filming of Terminator 6 will start in 2018, which is a surprise for those of us who didn't think much of the last movie and had heard the series was on extended hold.

Arnie will be in it, but not as a robot and possibly as the human the first terminator was based on. Linda Hamilton is also coming back as Sarah Connor. Can't say I'm blown away by this, as they are both too old - IMHO.

Anyway, the good news is that James Cameron will be producing, which suggests that its likely to have a decent script and high production standards.

For me, the first two films were good, the TV series wasn't bad (Lena Headey was my favourite SC) - but everything since has been largely a waste of time.

Nevertheless, I remain hopeful!

You never know, I despaired of them ever making a decent Star Trek movie...and then along came the reboot with Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto.

Will keep an eye open for this. Alex Garland, the director, did the screenplay for Dredd, amongst others.

Black Panther's 2nd trailer at some point this weekend is likely.

Bride of Frankenstein has been postponed (expectedly after the failure of the Mummy)

Judy Greer (jurassic world) is rumored to play Jamie Lee Curtis's Laurie Strode's daughter in David Gordon Green's Halloween.
Presumably said daughter's daughter will be the lead in the film?
