They haven't, according to the IAFD (iafd.com).

Vintage, I was sure proud to see Nikki Dial and Diedre Holland work together. Modern, I wish I could see Eufrat and Sandra Shine together.

"I (Nina) was advised not to, as it was considered I would appear too big and soft" +

This was well before Nina's dominatrix days.

If you wonder, as i did when i posted there if it was the real Nina, many pages still come up in a google search all these years later, so i'm inclined to believe it was her, or at least someone sanctioned by her.
