I re-wrote the complete Routine inclusive the CC-Pic## counting.
I hope the Result is better now.

It goes this way :
First : I read the highest Filename for the set ( Max.Filename )
Second : I am counting the Files that belong to the set ( Max.Count )
The Message is build if both values are not equal.
