Default Accrington Stanley chairman Andy Holt stands by Premier League criticism

"I don't really have a problem with the Premier League, I have a problem with it being unsustainable."

A book published in Germany this week - The Football Leaks: The Dirty Business of Football - includes what it says is a breakdown of the fee for Paul Pogba's move to United last summer, and alleges his agent Mino Raiola earned £41m from the deal.

Default Man U v Ajax for the Europa title

Hard to believe that Celta Vigo ranked 12th in la liga having lost its last 5 games
goes to Old Trafford and is given 67% possession in a semi.

Mourinho doesnt trust his own defence to keep counter attacks out?

Its not the first time Mourinho with the better team on paper has set-up not to lose
rather than going for the knock out blow in a semi

I'd give the young Ajax team a 50/50 chance of upsetting them in the final

Congrats to Chelski, and particularly to Conte.

The question is, can Liverpool save Arsenal from the ignominy of the Europa League or will we fail to turn up tomorrow?

More seriously now :Lens.
Horrible season home.
So : one match left. We are 4th. 2 go in ligue 1, 3rd /18th ligue1 in 2 matches.
one point behind 2nd and 3rd .
All I can say is: don't cry babies now. you had enough opportunities home.
Got to win next week of course but Waiting for the other results ...YES . you deserved it.
Sad but true.

Ok Liverpool, let's see what you're made of. Let's see how much guts you have.

Regarding relegation on February 7th I posted this prediction:

Quote:
If you just take the current bottom 6, I think Boro, Sunderland, and Hull survive. Leicester, Swansea, and Palace don't make it. Now that is going out on a long shaky limb.
It looks like that rotten limb has fallen on the ground and is in pieces.

Liverpool and Arsenal both can batter sides when the opposition are not at the races but both have defensive problems and serially flatter to deceive; I'm sure the main difference is one has a manager with a huge ego who frowns while the other has a manager with a huge ego who smiles.

West Ham are perhaps, along wth Everton, the club whose form is impossible for even their own manager to predict. I like Bilic and hope things improve for him, he's shown a bit of class in a very trying season.
