The first quarter-final brings together No. 4 seed
Nicki Thomas (Miss March 1977) and the girl ranked
eight places below her, Penny Baker (Miss January 1984).

Baker is the only Playmate from the lower half
of the seedings to make the quarter-finals, having
taken care of Group A winner and No. 5 seed
Wendy Kaye in the second knockout round.

Baker's total vote in the knockout stages is 77,
28 fewer than Thomas has attracted in her
head-to-head wins.

Thomas stands three inches shorter than Baker,
whose waist and hips are a fraction narrower.

Thanks Ruderberry for getting the buns contest going again.

I can't believe I didn't vote for Penny Baker, one of my all time favorite Playmates, but this is a butt contest and Nicki's butt is just overwhelming. I cast my vote for Nicki.
