VEF on the NHS?

Well, about 18 months ago, I was diagnosed with Peyronies. (When you get a stiffy, your todger is bent.)

Saw the local G.P., got referred to a specialist etc, etc.

Three options.
1) Do Nothing.

2) Surgery (Don't even go there!!

)
3) Physio.........

You get an appointment with a dude from a company that makes vacuum pumps.

You sit in a room and the sweaty guy there, tells you, to use the VP every day for at least 6 months, half an hour a day, to help correct the deformaty. Then he says, to be sure, we need to have a practical session!!

'No f*****g way' says I ........ I mean he had to be nutz!! Keira Knightly, Kate Beckinsale.....game on, this t**t, no chance!!

Sooo, lay out two hundred sovs on the VP kit. Place it on said bent todger, and try and keep it up for half an hour. How on God's green earth do you do that??

VEF Peeps, VEF!!

Doing it's bit for the NHS.

(Oh, in six months time, I'll tell you if it's worked........meanwhile..........worse ways to spend half an hour!!)

It is, so the nurse told me, a very common condition. It took 3 months to get to see the guy from the Pump Company, he was so busy.

It's a conumdrum. I'd be happy for a female nurse to handle my bits but a bloke? No, I think not................not sure Mrs.Hilts would be happy for a female nurse to assist.............

Does it bend up or down - or to left or right for that matter?
Does it do it the same way every time or is it random - like a sort of fleshy divining rod.
Does it point to magnetic North perhaps?
