Yaya Toure, a 'devout Muslim' who refused a champagne MoM award back in 2012 due to his religious beliefs, has been charged with drunk driving. see http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england...ester-38194869

The poor chap seems to have been hoisted by his own petard.

Basically, nothing interfere's with Saturday afternoon footie, unless of course BT or Sky have coughed up a shed load of money and you can move the game and show it live.

Yes that is true. What is does mean though is you now have thousands technically breaking the law by streaming the game. I can understand to a degree black-outing games from the UK. However it seems daft to block foreign games being shown as they are unlikely to affect attendances to any measurable degree. I mean most real fans would still go and watch their own team play even if El Clasico was being shown live.

You can say that again...

Cristiano Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho have avoided paying tax on millions of dollars of earnings by channelling money abroad, according to claims based on a huge document leak.

Ronaldo, the Real Madrid star, and Mourinho, the Manchester United manager, allegedly moved large sums to the British Virgin Islands.

The allegations are said to be based on two terabytes of leaked information which include original contracts.

Ronaldo and Mourinho deny the claims.

This is what happens with delusions of grandeur and doing it on the cheap.

The three apt idiots should consider a dip in the canal or the river.

Its the fear of showing live footie on a sat afternoon and people staying at home rather than going to a game, any other time is not a problem, apparently.
