The late great Bobby Moore is the most capped English player never to win a top division winners medal. Although Steven Gerrard may soon overtake him. Dave Watson (Sunderland and Man City) is the most capped English player never to appear in a world cup finals.

And what about Mansfield Town? Mind you the odds of them scoring 8 were good as they won 7-0 last season.

Apparently Big Sam's new contract talks have now been put on hold untill we have secured our Premiership status.

After yesterday's sad efforts at Villa and our up and coming fixtures, I feel he will be looking for new employment come the summer.

Remember when Lou Macari was at the helm? There were some dire performances then as well. 'Arry would love it but would go for the same reason as before - he needs a club willing to spend to match his 'enthusiastic' approach to transfer dealings.

But what about The Dildo Brothers comments!!!!

They put their 'porno' feet in it 2 years ago when Avram Plant was in charge, and we all know what happened then! But of course they're a lot better off this season.

But to be honest I've always hated 'Fat Sam' even when he played for Bolton when they were are 2nd division rivals in 77/78. But if I were him I'd tell them to stuff it and walk out right now!!!!

What sort of vote of confidence was that from the Board!!!

Anyway back to the 'Stags' and I'm sure they won't be chanting 'Cox Out' in front of dear Luella

Well if John Radford dished out an Aston Martin for the Mighty Stags 8-1 win, I wonder what Mrs Radford gave the players...

Anyway....Good to see Albion back to winning ways tonight even if it was smash and grab. Two observations - Ben Foster what a keeper. England need you! Suaez what a disgrace. He should have been told the BAFTA for best actor was awarded last night...
