OK, if that's the approach you want to follow, then why do mods. not apply that approach consistently, in this section if not also others? There are plenty of model threads who titles have been changed. If one follows the above logic then all past mis-spellings and/or akas should be added (back?) to each thread's first post, just so that folk can still find them. That would be to apply consistently what's been suggested above.


Edit: We do try to be consistent, but it's not science and quite often it's a judgment call. It's a porn-board, not CSI, after all. It's also true that some cases have been discussed before, maybe very long before on other media, and present mods do not know what was said. That can also lead to what could be termed "inconsistencies". But we have to live with that
