Found a 7:30 minute clip streaming under the title: "Sizzling busty cutie undresses for judges on the podium".

This is an excerpt from an English language (USA?) movie, and perhaps some of the other performers will be more recognizable (identifiable). It's standard strip club stuff, with the "mystery" girl inviting the man in the wide, paisley neck-tie to come to her place for a party after the show.

I'm fairly certain the mystery girl is Donna Young (credited as Dawna Rae) who plays the stripper Susan in the movie. I've yet to find concrete evidence though and I haven't seen the movie. A couple of the user reviews on imdb mention the scene of the stripper Susan inviting the guy to a party as described by OP.
