Help ID a movie with outdoor sex games

Hi all,

I have been looking for a long time for a movie that i secretly saw in the late 70’s. It revolved around outdoor games in a contest style with a sexual twist. Games like sack race, wheelbarrow and naked relay. Can anyone help me? I only found one screenshot of the movie in the last 2 years.

Thnx! I tried that and unfortunately I don't get the results that I was hoping for. It took me ages to find the screenshot, but no luck finding the title of the movie so far....
