Cannot provide an ID but have found a possible source.

The mystery image is entitled "My New Bolero" and appears at Deviant Art on the page of creativephotoworks. I believe the photographer is Marc Korf.

On the creative-photoworks pages at 500px.com the only description helpful description on any of her photos is "Girl from the Ukraine. Age 21"
