I don't think she's Elle. The boobs seem to be too small.

Yup, EM has a really rather well developed 34C chest and I can't believe that they were that much smaller even at the very beginning of career.

The photo also looks way too early to be EM, who's career began in 1982, when she was 18.

Of course pictures are often made to look old for a "retro" look, but in this case everything about the image - the grain, lighting, hairstyle, make up and underwear - all scream 1970s to me.
