Just to clarify - the image I posted above is a screenshot from the actual video with "Emily" and shows the purported relative, Candy in a magazine layout.

The interviewer and she are merely discussing it.

Basically, it's not the Emily being interviewed, who does correspond to the girl in the OP.

I posted the screenshot in case someone recognised who Emily's relative is and could help with a positive ID further.

Here's another, showing that she was in Razzle - Vol.24, No.10 and was called Brooke.

And here you can see that the interviewer has a picture of this Candy/Brooke on a monitor in the background...
