Certainly not the first but here is a picture from the 1979 PMOY Monique St. Pierre portfolio showing her shaved pubic region.

I am posting the original and a version where I digitally erased the obvious air brushing to recreate the original photograph the best I could.

Perhaps the earliest PM to reveal her shaved labia was June 1964 PM Lori Winston who posed for some very revealing shots for photographer Edmund Leja as Julie Cron.

Of course the most revealing of Leja's most revealing pic never made the pages of Hefner's publication, but several of his shots were used, including a full frontal showing pubic hair in later Special Editions. The picture of Winston in "The First 15 Years" of Winston is by Leja.

Originally shot in B&W, I colorized many of the and here are a few of the more revealing shots. Pretty racy for 1964 in my opinion.

I believe it was shortly after this Hefner began severely limiting where PMs could pose making them sign an "exclusive" contract holding them back for years.

Deanna Baker posed revealing her girly spot for Penthouse. Later PMs Victoria Zdrok, Lynn Thomas and Lexi Carlson also showed a lot (everything in Lexi and Lynn's case) to Penthouse.

Another discussion could be which PMs may have gone hardcore before Teri Weigel (Susan Lynn Kiger did hardcore before her appearance).
