layboy Magazine founder and notorious lady's man Hugh Hefner made sure that his stash of personal sex tapes was lost forever in the ocean, decades before he died at the age of 91 in 2017.Hef entrusted Playboy Mansion head of security Joe Piastro with overseeing the sealing of video and audio recordings of his most secret affairs in a cask lined with cement and tossing it into the Pacific Ocean in the 1990s, an insider told the Sun.
'Hugh explained that he didn’t want anyone’s lives, marriages or careers to be destroyed by what he had In his library,' the source said. 'Joe did it and never told anyone.'

He could've burned them and destroyed them. It sounds like they still exist and will pop up at some time in the future. I'm pretty sure they aren't in any ocean. Joe would know their worth and wouldn't be so dumb.

Why not just pour them in concrete and save the trip out to sea.It worked for Jimmy Hoffa.

This is not "news." I remember reading this in Playboy Magazine. I don't remember which year/issue, but once, Hefner was the subject of the lengthy "Playboy Interview," and he mentioned it himself.

I think this is urban myth. Unless the hef had a shotgun in my back, I would have hid them for a future date. Hef may care about others, but I don't.

Every celebrity, politician, etc...are subjected to this kind of blackmail. You really think Hefner got where he was by himself? Billy Graham was no different, he was placed in the public eye by Randolph Hearst, an occultist ..Graham was 33rd degree freemason, I'm sure Her was too. Hef, along with Walt Disney were ones who filmed secret tapes...these guys were all major scumbags. The cover of the first issue of Playboy featured Marilyn Monroe..ever look at the throat, among many other features...Hef knew the game way back then, just like Hollywood, the "female" stars of yesterday, are no different than the one today..Jolie, Aniston, Gaga, Streep, Alba, Foxx, etc..all men baby
