I say Brazil Nuts are the best as they contain by far the most beneficial nutrients, plus are particularly healthy due to their high selenium content, which makes their protein content "complete". This means that, unlike the proteins in most plant products, Brazil nuts' proteins contain all the necessary amino acids to foster optimal growth in humans (in the same way as proteins from animal products do)
Selenium is also a powerful antioxidant linked to lower rates of cancer and heart disease. Brazil nuts are also a very good source of zinc (essential to digestion and metabolism) and an added source of protein. These nuts also contain high amounts of fat , but these fats are unsaturated and therefore "healthy" , although not so much the way i eat them which is why i`m currently blessed with "Weight"

Sorry MaxJoker. Brazil nuts were considered healthy in the past, but newer research now shows that eating too many Brazil nuts can poison you. It is because of the high Selenium content. It is called nut poisoning, and the symptoms can resemble those of cancer.

I like the most salted roasted peanuts and almonds, but I like any nut if it is also covered with milk or dark chocolate.

Wingnuts 'cos you don't need a spanner.

OK, that was just my daft sense of humour.
I like them all really but don't eat salted nuts any more (although I used to eat tons of them). Pecans are nice and so are almonds and Brazils.

Thumbs up

Coconut.

I like it even better when it's wrapped in chocolate.
