In mainstream movies, it happens sometimes that an actress is shaved and then, in another scene, has pit hair. This is probably because the scene was made later.

I remember such a situation in a French film “Scout toujours” (1985) with Agnès Blanchot. In her first scene, she is eating and when she stands up, you can clearly see a full patch of black hair. But later in the movie, she has nude scenes and she is clean shaven. They have probably asked her to shave when it came to nudity because there were close-ups and the hair was too “hard” but they haven’t made a second shot for the scene where the pit hair was visible.

Point well taken -- it's just that can't imagine with such a low-budget movie that anybody involved in making it would actually reshoot such a short scene at a later date. But there seems to be no other explanation for it.
