My guess is this could be Jessica L'Amour.

Jessica L'Amour is blonde, has blue eyes, same face, a liver spot in the face below the mouth, is also las vegas based (same as Ashley as written in the linked September 1993 issue of Gallery magazine posted by billy707).

I only miss a picture with the small tattoo in the hips area. But maybe she still not had it at this time or the photographer was taking care it is always not visible?
