I can actually recall the tv program that it came from - a documentary about Penthouse Magazine Owner Bob Guccione. IIRC he planned to film the Defoe story. After Caligula, goodness knows what he would have done with that.

As requested here is a clip of Maggie o’ Neill from ‘Take Me Home’ mini-series (BBC, 1989). Sadly it is not very revealing; the brief FF is masked by Keith Barron’s hand holding a sheet and it is filmed in low-light. You get a better FF of Maggie in the 1991 movie ‘Under Suspicion’, posted elsewhere on VEF in the ‘Classic Celebs’ forum.

This clip is from a 1988 NFTS film short called "Breakfast". The actor looks like Jack Galloway and the actress to me looks very much like Susannah Doyle. There was no credits on the film short. The similarity between this actress and Doyle's appearance in "Hero Hungry" is striking.

It will be interesting to see what other people think.

Referring to steve9049's post #1279: Looks like Susannah Doyle to me, too. (Incidentally "Hero Hungry" from 1990 is also a National Film & Television School production). Very interesting clip, thanks for posting it.
