How would you save Playboy? - Page 13

Abby Winters is what Playboy used to be: a way for us guys to get a peek into the minds, bedrooms and locker room showers of the girls we see at school or at college.

It might be that Playboy has outlived it's life and that it should fade into the past. But I have yet to see an American version of ?Abby that isn't all shaved sluts.

Putting Marge Simpson on the cover about 10 years after The Simpsons had peaked didn't really help.

I've never liked Pl*b*y, but this just reaked of marketing men coming up with something 'zany'.

Get rid of the marketing men, find an editor who knows that there are plenty of beautiful natural women out there, and cut all ties with Hefner and the Pl*yb*y Mansion. The only iconic thing they should keep is the bunny symbol.

Just my thoughts.

Is there anything incongruous with being a fan of playboy playmate photos but at the same time holding the opinion that Hugh Hefner is a scumbag of the highest order?

I personally believe that Hef just needs to go away. Ever since Regina Deutinger lost to the forgettable Ida Ljungqvist as Playmate of the Year... Playboy hasn't made sense. As I find out who is going to be Playmate of the Month, month after month, it's almost a who's who in who's now dating Hef.

Miss May 2010 Kassie Lyn Logsdon is the best-looking playmate in a while, a throwback to Playboy's more vintage centerfolds. Hope they continue this trend.

I remember reading a few years back that before Pamela Anderson did her centerfold pictorial, she was shaved and they asked her to grow her pubic hair back before doing the shoot.

I don't know if it's true or not, but it would be a good start.

Disregarding my post on the previous page I've had a rethink. I've never liked PB, most of the time it's promoted clones upon clones and I f*cking hate that soft focus/vaseline on the lens bullshit that makes you think your eyesight isn't what it used to be. Let it die. In fact kill it. Kill it now.

Marge Simpson on a girly mag cover still pisses me off.
