Maybe Franc Frizi is a pseudonym for Hans Bilian. I don´t know his original voice, but you hear him speaking throughout the movie giving comments on the action of the characters (a longer one after 60 min for example). The line-up with the main actressess Kathy Kash and Monica Orsini also reminds me of Hans Bilian´s movies “Karriere Girls 1+2” which were shot in 1996. Maybe someone can enlighten us?
