Ive had issues remote uploading. I will check my account....

Are your files zipped or rarred or plainly available?

I haven't been able to download anything from them in around 3 months, they get to 99+% then fail. Either through Firefox or JDownloader#2. Using Windoze7 Pro . Have tried disabling antivirus & Adblock to no avail. I am persuming it's something on my puter doing this [ as no-one else seems to be reporting this issue ] but have no idea what . Anyone have any ideas ?

thanks, we think it's sorted. Haven't heard from him today so i don't know if support ever got back to him. I could access his files so it seemed to be something between him and them - virus scan/clean etc and the problem was gone although no actual virus showed up. They were in simple folders with individual files inside the folder rather than rars or zips.

lagerlout - i've had no issues downloading from file factory for a long time but i used to get that 99% on mega when it first started. does it make any difference which browser you use, do you even get it on small files or just big ones - my first answer to most download problems is ccleaner just to get rid of temporary files getting in the way.

I only have Firefox on my puter but as it happens in JDownloader as well I guessing it's not the browser at fault. Also it's only with File factory files, I have downloaded from atleast a dozen other hosts in that time

I have tried several times to download from File Factory and cannot get off the first screen when asking for a free slow download. Any advice??

i just tred a couple of random fiona cooper file factory links and both went through ok. so my first two suggestions would be to try other browsers from the one you used and to clear your cookies etc and restart your machine.

Try a Downloadtool or check ur browser for java or such stuff.

This has worked for me with other problem websites, e.g. when I couldn't get a web page to work in Firefox, I tried Chrome and it worked fine. Opera is another good choice.

Morning all.

I am toying with upgrading to a paid account.................mainly so I can carry on downloading the FC videos

I will be going for the 30 day option ($13).

Would using my credit crad be safe, and will I have to cancel the FF before teh 30 days to avoid being re-billed.
