I could be mistaken, but the face seems small for the body? Maybe 'shopped?

It could be 'shopped I guess.

The camera seems to be looking up at her and her spine might be arched away from us--could these account sufficiently for the head looking small compared to her shoulders & hips?

I didn't explain that very well, so these pics might help.

When Maria's back is arched and her arms are above her shoulders (in the left photo), her head seems to appear smaller relative to the rest of her body (compared to the other photo).

I found some info on another forum where it's suggested that she is Alexandria Basso, older sister of actress Annalise Basso (Wikipedia page is here) and is an actress/model also. The OP photo was taken by Derek Hutchinson and is on his website here but with no further details. There is a pic on Alexandria's Instagram account here https://www.instagram.com/p/zY8CTcTGV_/ which may relate but I couldn't find the OP one.
