Although looks familiar, I could not identify this blonde having anal with John Stagliano in one of the magazine that I have the Gourmet Editions, Ass Masters Special #5. Who knows help me.

On the cover of the magazine is saying that it is K.C. Valentine, but it does not look like her. What's worse is she's the only girl in the magazine. I'm sure it's not her.
What do you think?

I can't say I'm an expert on K.C. so instead I'll ask: What about your mystery above differs from K.C.?

I can't see any problems with eyes, nose, chin... maybe brows a bit different...?

I still do not think it's K.C. Valentine, because the physiognomy of the face is different. Now, look at these pictures below that I found, this looks like it to me.

Agree with jeany on this, I've been trying to ID this woman for many years. It's not KC.

She is listed with two profiles on the IAFD, one as "Carrie Evans" and one as "Unknown Female 208279-B".
Anyway, it's the girl!
