Attention: There is a prevalent email scam happening everywhere where the sender claims to have a password to a site and demands money in some form. Ignore it, do not respond and at most change passwords on any sites you frequent.

Effective immediately, moving or animated GIFs are not allowed in signatures. If your signature has one, please remove or replace it asap. Staff will remove them as and when we see them without notice.

Sincerest apologies to everyone for the recent blackout. VEF and several of our sister forums had a major server malfunction. The database index is being rebuilt from scratch and may take at least several days to be fully restored. Expect major weirdness and lots of glitches in the meantime. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately it seems that all of the posts made from the 13th March until the crash are permanently lost, please feel free to re-post any such material, apologies for this.

m100 Vintage Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 1,505 Thanks: 5,109 Thanked 11,919 Times in 1,489 Posts	can i recommend a host called workupload 50gb free, you decide how long the link lives for up to 180 days after the last download is the maximum, no pop ups, no captchas, decent upload speed, very fast download speed. only thing i'd say is give your files a random name not an obvious one.
