Here's one for you. I am sure you can name others but did you know that three former drummers became lead singers.
Madonna - she started off playing drums for a local band
Karen Carpenter - she was the band's drummer along with her brother Keith, before she was coaxed out from behind and became the lead singer.
And the most famous Phil Collins who was the drummer with Genesis and then the lead singer but continued to also played drums.
