Being an Englishman, I relieve my stress and anger by writing a strongly worded note to the relevant authorities.

I used to. I have substituted profanity for violence. The inanimate objects within my reach have breathed a sigh of relief but man, the stuff that comes out of my mouth is definitely not suitable for polite company.

I have noticed that my anger, stress level and heartburn level all dropped like a rock once I quit working around women.
