When was UK mag X PLUS published?

I saw a cover priced at 85p, and I'm guessing that's probably early '80s but the experts here probably have a better handle on this.

When US mags don't list a date, I find the cover price is generally helpful to me in dating it (give or take a couple years usually).

Or maybe the title is X PLUS 17, at first I reads it as X PLUS #17.
