Physical by Olivia Newton John.

My mom went to a health club in the early 80's like everyone else back then. Problem was she took me and my sisters with me instead of getting a sitter 5 days a week. (Makes sense really.) Unfortunately during her aerobics classes Physical was looped what felt like 500 times. I really learned to HATE that song and even today have a hard time getting it out of my head.

At work, a guy said to me, "I can't get this song out of my head". He proceeded to hum/sing Black Sabbath Iron Man. It was 10 in the morning. 17 hours later, at 3 am, I got up to take a piss. Guess what I suddenly can't get out of my head? As a bonus, I was awake for the next 2 hours until it was time to get up for work. I wanted to piss in his coffee that morning.

When this was in the charts I was doing a big steel job that was scheduled to last 6 weeks. It was in a factory and the workers had a radio on all day. I was tortured for 6 weeks by the pint sized Aussie. I even had dreams with the song in it

Is it just me, or do songs put in your head against your will tend to happen because of the car radio, like this one a few hours ago
