Here is another clip from the "not everyone's cup of tea" section of my media library. This is Patricia Hayes getting her kit off in an extended scene from 'Edna, The Inebriate Woman', TX'd on BBC in 1971 as part of the excellent 'Play for Today' series. The BBC don't seem to produce drama like that nowadays - 'Boys from the Blackstuff' in the early 1980s was the last of that genre IMHO. The late Patricia has an extensive CV covering film and TV drama and comedy but she is surely best-remembered for her appearances (usually as a 'hag') on the 'Benny Hill' shows!

Does anyone have the scene of Helen Atkinson-Wood stripping off her skirt to reveal her stockings in the pilot of KYTV. It didn't feature in the dvd version. It was a scene from an Italian version of Mastermind.

This is a pretty vague one but someone may recognise it.

A French period drama shown late at night on (I think) C4. The lead character (a middle aged man) is given a free bed for the night by a woman he knows who, I think, runs a brothel. She sends one of the young girls to him and she strips naked but I think he sends her away because she has syphilis. Does that sound at all familiar to anyone?

I wonder if anyone can help me with these programmes:-

I recall a programme from around the late 70s or early 80s. In the programme a couple lived in a villa in Spain or possibly another country in the meditterenean. If I remember correctly the woman was a fair bit younger than the man. The woman was often nude or topless in the programme. I remember her walking round topless, a full frontal when she was coming out of the shower and lying naked on the bed on her front. There was a man visting the couple.

As far as I can remember this programme was also shown in the late 1970s or early 1980s. If I remember correctly, the story was set in scotland and had two young men staying in a hostel in the country. Two young women were staying in a room below the men. The men spied on the woman below through a small hole in the floor of their room and both young women were naked.

I understand my request may be a long shot but any help to identify these programmes would be very much appreciated.

So there I was all primed to fulfill my own request. I recently discovered that at least two of the programs from this series had been issued on VHS in America and I tracked down a copy of the first one.

Two weeks later, the tape arrives. Now the info on the quoted site says the program ran for 75 or 80 minutes. But the tape only runs for 50. So if that was right, and on viewing it appears so, then what is missing ?

Well, as far as this thread is concerned AFAIK a major full nude sceen towards the begining. In fact virtually all the nudity as I remember is missing except the extracts from a silent movie from D.W. Griffith - Orphans Of The Storm.

I have waited 25 years to see this again so I suppose I can wait a little longer.

It's on the 'Yesterday' freeview channel. First 3 episodes were on Sunday, think the rest (interesting ones) are this coming (no pun intended) weekend

Don't get too excited - the best nudity is normally to be found in eps 2 (Tara Fitzgerald) & 3 (Jennifer Ehle) but both failed to materialise in the 'Yesterday' broadcast.
