Filejoker - Access Problem

I've used the Filejoker.net download service for over a year, usually with six month subscriptions.

A few months ago, it stopped recognizing my username/password so I was unable to download files.

I tried to contact them using their online contact form with no response.

I tried to reset my password using their online form - no response.

Filejoker just renewed my six month subscription, which of course, doesn't work.

I am at wit's end trying to figure out how to contact them and get a response.

Anybody have a contact process that works with Filejoker? Or any other suggestions?

i had the same issues with rapidgator ...
i only tried it for 30 days and the speed was fast for 48 hours then was same free ... i contacted them and they suggested i load some complicated software to increase speed if this is what one of the major players offer i'm not impressed ... try short term low prices versions ...if you paid for 6 month already ... they may not give you refund ... but i would demand one ...

If resetting a password doesnt work then its either a hacked or blocked account
