I'm afraid it was the result of a flipping around/"hello, what's this"/"can I get to the VCR before it's over" moment, so that's all I got, and I wasn't keeping records in those days so I never even checked the TV Times to find out what it was.

There was also another sketch - do not think that is on the VHS/dvds either.

From one of, if not the first, early episodes. A p*sstake on Jacques Cousteau. Pam takes a bath and is strangled in the tub by either Mel or Griff (do not remember which one) surfacing from under the suds in a diving suit. Lots of bare boobies there.
