Why do you like vintage? - Page 34

For me, simply because a lot of what I like wasn't 'vintage' when I originally liked it, it was 'current'

Going on a site like creamcheese for me isn't so much about seeing stuff from yesteryear as it is about filling in the blanks. I've been collecting a lot of this stuff since it was originally published and now I can see the ones I missed, or other titles from around the world which featured the same shoots and models.

It's always been an ongoing thing for me, it's just that now, we've reached a point in time where it's called 'vintage' or 'retro'

Pretty much the same for me .
Takes me back to a time when I would be sneaking in my room to have a little peek at Fiesta , or Knave .
The women in the seemed so much older than I was , which is probably why I have a fetish for older women ,even to this day . Trouble is that these days ,when I look for "mature" women , they're usually younger than me !!!! Oh the joys of middle age :-(

For me it seemed like the women were genuinely sexy, having fun being naughty and pushing boundaries.

I know one reasonably notable actress from back in the day and she told me that, for a while her covert career was very liberating and exciting. It changed for her when it became an industry, the money men (and crooks) moved in and it became a production line. She did a few shoots and then retired (via her marriage) but obviously the internet put her back into the public domain; something she's not entirely happy about because, as she claims, "porn back then, compared to porn now, wasn't as brutal in almost every aspect"

You could say the same for most professions, I guess.

70's and 80's porn is the porn I grew up with. I've never stopped thinking about the porn stars of that era. I enjoy modern porn, too, but overall not as much as the pre-1990's stuff.

Call me an old fart if you must but back in the day chicks rarely embellished their physique with tattoos, piercings or the nipple, tongue labia, eyebrow or lip etc (ears are OK!) Why guild the lilly?

Vinatge takes me back to the good old days (I'm 42)

My first magazine was a Fiesta magazine back in 88 that I discovered by total accident in my parents room. A site like this takes me back to those thrilling and confusing days.

And like alot of people have said the women seemed wholly sexier, fuller and natural and my God the lingerie!!!!
