I appreciate that's not what you will want to hear. Sorry about that. Thanks for all the many messages checking that I'm OK and asking what's gone on. The only thing I can say in compensation is that I hope you had a great time surfing it all while it was there (which in much of the case was one and a half decades).

I will still be a poster to this site, hopefully contributing to all the scholarly work done by others. Hope you enjoyed the site while it was there.

I was wondering whether there is a chance some of Creamcheese archive may be posted on VEF. In a similar way to the excellent Mayfair index. Whilst respecting copyright, we are dealing in some cases of features, cartoons/stories 50 years old, which may not hold a great interest to a younger readership - in other words, due to age, a declining market!
Where else will this material be accessible?
I treat my scans as a tribute to everyone who worked on a magazine - if re-published now and sold I doubt there'd be a market for them.
Without contributors to VEF, other than memories, it will all be lost.
