This is in fact a rather obscure Mayfair model they called Sarah Whittl e in '86 & '87. Described then as just legal age. Her thread is one post of those pages. Some from same shoot appeared in Japan Bachelor, at least.
Then 2-3 years gap, no shoots afaik,. ~'89 new shoots, hair blonded, more body dev. & she is a knockout. Some might not believe "solution" but there is a tell facial mole iirc. Also "Sarah" not coincidence.
On a Gent 89 cover & set. If she is not already here ?, someone might still have the paper . . .
