How to identify classic faashion models?

For many years, I've been trying to find the names of several lesser known fashion models from the 80's and 90's. Despite their appearances over many years in leading fashion magazines (Modern Bride etc), I've yet to find them identified anywhere. I spent a lot of time in various model directories such as

The wiki lists link to numerous other lists and I've searched them all to no avail.

Suggestions are more than welcome and will be followed by promises of many pints of Newcastle Brown Ale. Thanks folks.
