Looks like one of those generic mid-to-late-'90s Velvet Magazine sets ("Hard Day at the Orifice", "Darkroom F*ck-buddies" etc).

There's something that's telling me the model is British for some reason.

The picture includes something that resembles a partial name - "sndy_mac", so...

Sandy Mac-something?

Sindy Mac-something?

I have this one in a folder marked as Mystery Box. Unfortunately, the post number that I have (956) is from the time when the Box wasn't sorted in year subfolders. I haven't been able to locate it, not even searching my own posts (I think to recall that I added some content.)
