Who is this long haired 80s brunette in this hj/bj scene? I don't have earlier caps but IIRC she is playfully sucking the guy. She looks a little like a younger Ona Zee but it isn't Ona.

Possibly. I would not rule it out. I found a bit of the money shot in a compilation video but I recall the earlier part of the scene where she is facing the guy while lying on her belly and she looked like a Hyapatia hybrid if memory serves. It seems like she has a slightly longer face - at least from this angle - Hyapatia has sort of "moon"/round facial features.
