Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head by BJ Thomas
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t30cX6OGO0U
Seems sort of appropriate for MV, although I am sure happiness has stepped to greet him right now. I hope the rain keeps it up until the thirst of that biscuit-dry land has been entirely quenched. BTW I'm not certain which part of Australia you live in, mvasilj. I have been following the drought story and I am aware the hinterland of Adelaide and the Swan River valley have been hit especially hard. I read a suggestion that the weather patterns had shifted and the rain, such as it is, was falling on the spinifex semi-desert in Western Australia instead. My fingers are crossed for you, that the drought will now break and your farmers can get back to having a decent life. Good luck. One more to part with: Neil Diamond, Beautiful Noise. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LDRBLBt_00

I have just put on 'The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust' by Bowie, bit of nostalgia from my teens
