Hi revs,
don't know what country you're from, but you should note that most American men over 20 are circumcised. Since WWII it became a completely routine operation, usually without even asking the parents whether they wanted that or not. It began with bogus theories from England that circumcision would somehow prevent masturbation (obviously it doesn't ) because removing the glans "dulls" the sensation of the penis and thus reduces the pleasure a man feels (unfortunately, that is true ).
