Maybe you can explain these 'bribes' not sure exactly what you're referring to. Were they given to one side only?

Concessions were given and made by all sides. They had to.

Can't recall his Gov't or even John Major's weak minority Gov't being in coalition with Sinn Fein or the Unionists so could be viewed as impartial by both sides and has preserved the fragile peace until now.

The big bribe was those letters of indemnity for crimes given to 'Suspected murderers'. British soldiers doing their duty were not given such let outs.

After 9/11 the Americans began to realise the meaning of the word "terrorists". The raising of money in New York bars stopped immediately.

The "troubles" were at an end but Blair wanted to be seen as a peacemaker so he gave concessions to "killers and terrorists" in NI but none were given elsewhere.

No enquiries into the death of innocent victims. Why innocent people were convicted in Britain on trumped up charges. {Apologies to Donald Trump}.

These things are only happening now.

There is this video of a female Kurdish sniper being shown as she has a "bizarre reaction" to a close brush with death. http://nypost.com/2017/06/27/snipers...ly-misses-her/ An enemy sniper's bullet just misses her and smacks the wall near her head. She laughs it off.

No one talks about how she is violating some cardinal sniper principles - she is sticking her rifle out the window - instead of shooting from the back of the room - exposing less of herself. She is wearing dark clothing while her background appears white - making her easily seen. If that is an example of her training, she is not going to last very long as a sniper.

These very former 'terrorists' as you call them are calling the shots in Westminster now. It's just they are waving the union flag.
