Need clarification: What is Color Climax red logo/white logo?

I am ready to post a layout from Fascination #17, published in 1991. I have found lots of similar material all over the site, especially older material, published by Color Climax.

My questions are 1) if Color Climax is "banned content", how is there so much of it all over the site, including threads dedicated to it? (typing CeeCee can't possibly be fooling anyone) and 2) if I go ahead with my post, will I be banned forever?

I also need to know what red logo/white logo is referring to. Fascination #17, which is innocuous in terms of today's porn, has a "red logo". What's the deal?

All the mag scans are OK here. The red/white logo refers to their website released sets (which are NOT ok here). These say "ColorClimax copyright" in one of the corners of each pic.
