And now, the black folk "complain" by burning businesses and dropping rocks on innocent motorists. The whites, who are killed by cops more often, don't seem to do this on a daily basis, do they?
On this side of the pond, we know dialing 999 (or 911, as we do here) is only useful for medical emergencies. The cops are not our friends, and we know it, and generally, they only make things worse. Still, we prefer it to the PC crap you British put up with, like cops arresting folk without charges, or arresting folk for making jokes about Mandela, or what have you.

Option 2 - being shot dead by some prick of an American cop as he is having an off day and what the hell his mates do it daily.
